How do I create a new Krinkle account?
To create a new Krinkle account, click on the 'Create new account' link in the top right-hand corner of the webpage.  Alternatively, select 'My Account', which is located under 'Here to Help'.  This will direct you to the same page.  From here, complete the fields and select 'Register and Continue'.
 
What do I do if I already have a Krinkle account?
If you already have a Krinkle account, click on the 'Login' link in the top right-hand corner of the webpage.  Alternatively, select 'My Account', which is located under 'Here to Help'.  This will direct you to the same page.  From here, enter your email address and password and select 'Login'.  
 
What happens when an item I would like to purchase is out of stock?
 If the item you wish to purchase happens to be out of stock, simply select ‘Email me when back in stock’, complete the email notification fields and select ‘Save my details’.  We will notify you once the item is back in stock.
 
How often will you be updating your stock?
We are always on the lookout for our next stylish piece.  We are not able to say exactly when our stock will be updated, but we can confidently say it will be updated!  To ensure you don't miss out, 'Subscribe to our Newsletter' and Like Us' on Facebook to receive updates of new stock and promotions.
 
Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order by selecting 'Track My Order', which is located under 'Here to Help'.  From here, you will need to complete the fields and select 'Track Order'.
 
What are Krinkle's payment options?
We use PayPal, the safer, easier way to pay online. The service allows you to pay by credit card or through your PayPal account (if you have one), without sharing financial information. For more information about PayPal's security measures, visit www.paypal.com.au

Are all Krinkle's prices inclusive of GST?
Yes, all of the prices listed include GST.
 
How long will it take to receive my parcel?
We will endeavor to ensure you receive your parcel within 5 working days.  Delivery times may vary, depending on the item(s), your location and the time of year.

What happens if I'm not home when my parcel arrives?
Should you not be at home when your parcel arrives, our delivery partner will leave a notice at your address, notifying you of an alternative delivery or pick-up arrangement.
 
What are Krinkle's delivery costs?
Krinkle offers $10 flat rate standard postage to anywhere in Australia. We will endeavor to ensure you receive your parcel within 5 working days.  Delivery times may vary, depending on the item(s), your location and the time of year. International shipping available and you are welcome to 'contact us' for rates.  

What is Krinkle's return policy?
With the exception of personalised products and earrings for pierced ears, you can return or exchange any item for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging.  For further information, please refer to our Returns Policy.
