What can be returned?
With the exception of personalised products and earrings for pierced ears, you can return or exchange any item for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging.    

When do items need to be returned by?
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Where do items need to be returned too?
items will need to be returned to Suite 110, Shop 336, Murnong Street, Point Cook, VIC 3030.

How do customers return items?
Should you need to return an item, please email us as info@krinkle.com.au to notify us.  To help us to process your request, please place your order number in the subject line of your email.

Once we receive your email, we will assess whether you are provided with a full refund or a store credit.  This will be based on whether your item was faulty (full refund) or it was simply a change of mind (store credit).

You will need to return your item to Suite 110, Shop 336, Murnong Street, Point Cook, VIC 3030, within 14 days of receipt.  A copy of your original invoice should be enclosed and the item appropriately packaged.  Please retain your tracking number, should we need to track your item at any stage.

Once the item has been received, we will issue you with a full refund (using PayPal) or a store credit.  
 
Who is responsible for the shipping costs for returns?
If your item is faulty, your shipping costs will be fully refunded.  If you simply change your mind, shipping costs will not be refunded.

What is the process if you receive a store credit?
Should you receive a store credit, this will be held against your name within our system and will be valid for a period of 6-months.  You will be notified of any outstanding store credits when you process your next order. 

Do items need to be in original packaging for returns?
Yes. Any items to be returned must be in their original packaging.
